Welcome! I’m Olivia Adekunle, the Founder of The Bloom Strategies. This consultancy was born out of both lived experiences and over a decade of professional expertise across the charity, public, and private sectors.
Throughout my journey from junior roles to senior leadership and directorship, I’ve seen how often people are misunderstood, overlooked, or limited in the workplace. Not because of lack of ability, but because only a fraction of who they are is ever truly seen.
